During Season 1, Episode 5, Griffon the Brush Off, about 13 and a half minutes in, after Gilda yells at Fluttershy, one of the background ponies (who seems to be unofficially named Cloud Kicker according to the MLP:FiM Wikia page) makes this face. Watch in the left of the screen right before Fluttershy takes off flying.
